RESERVE OSMOSIS FOR FOODSERVICE CONSULTANTS WEBINAR SERIES
Water quality plays a critical role in the performance, longevity, and output quality of foodservice equipment. However, selecting and specifying the right filtration solution requires both a strong understanding of the technology and the ability to apply it in real-world environments.
This two-part webinar series provides foodservice consultants with foundational and practical guidance on reverse osmosis (RO) systems. The first webinar explores common water-related challenges, explains how RO works, addresses common misconceptions, and helps consultants determine when RO—or an alternative filtration approach—is the right solution.
The second webinar builds on these fundamentals by focusing on real-world application and specification. Attendees will learn how to assess equipment water demand, size systems appropriately, avoid common specification mistakes, and account for installation, efficiency, maintenance, and cost considerations.
Through this series, participants will learn how to:
- Identify water-related issues that affect foodservice equipment and operations
- Explain how reverse osmosis works and distinguish it from other filtration methods
- Evaluate when RO is appropriate for a specific foodservice application
- Assess water demand and translate requirements into system sizing and storage needs
- Avoid common mistakes when selecting and specifying RO systems
- Consider scalability, efficiency, installation constraints, and ongoing costs
- Use available tools and resources to incorporate appropriate filtration solutions into project specifications
Attendees will leave with the knowledge and practical skills needed to confidently recommend and specify water treatment solutions that support equipment performance, operational efficiency, long-term value, and the overall guest experience.
